Negotiating the “midnight clause” – dispute resolution from a practical viewpoint

Please join Caroline Falconer, Secretary General of the SCC Arbitration Institute (part of Stockholm Chamber of Commerce) for a breakfast seminar on dispute resolution, arbitration clauses, arbitration institutes in the world (and their peculiarities), and the new dispute resolution tool SCC Express (dispute resolution in three weeks and for a fixed fee).

Caroline was until recently the chairperson of the board for the Swedish Corporate Lawyers’ Association as well as working for almost a decade as inhouse legal counsel at a major European energy company, Caroline’s presentations are practical and of interest for inhouse legal counsels.

The SCC is a preferred arbitration institute for many companies and each year, an average of 8 Danish companies solves their disputes at the SCC.
